Richard Cartright
Founder, Principal
Richard is an Owner Representative with over 30 years experience in the construction industry as a contractor, project manager, and program manager. Graduating from the School of Communication at the University of Illinois, Richard was practically born on the jobsite. Taught the business by his father, an Architect and Structural Engineer, Richard worked with and was mentored by executives at world class Museums, Architecture Firms, and Contracting Companies.
Rob Parker
Landscape Architect
Rob Parker is a Landscape Architect with over 30 years of development expertise. After graduating from the School of Environmental Science and Forestry At Syracuse, Rob has worked on developments in North America, Mexico and Asia. Including custom residential, hospitality, resorts, large scale commercial, infill and multi use projects. Clients include international corporations Starwood, Marriott, Hilton. Home community developers, private residential homeowners, homeowner associations and Country Clubs.
James Michael Raglin
Project Manager
James is a seasoned project manager and controller. A graduate of the University of Maryland, James graduated with an emphasis on Business and Management. James has managed projects in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Austin. His experience spans tenant spaces to tilt-up, retail to restaurants. He’s one of the last of a dying breed; learning his trade from the trenches with boots on. James brings over 30 years of real-world construction site experience to the table.
